The Arkansas ECW is initiating a new project this fall that we think is going to be very exciting. Nine of our women are going to lead us – one a month from September to May – in reading outstanding books that will contribute to our spiritual growth and development. (For the list of books, scroll to the bottom of this page.) At the beginning of each month, we will post an overview of the book and the author, and a set of questions to guide our reading and discussion. Many of our parishes already have book study groups and have found them to be fascinating and helpful as well as a great bonding mechanism for the women who participate. We will host an online discussion group on Facebook, named ECW Book Study, and we anticipate some great discussions there. When you join the group, please read the “General Rules” before initiating comments. Current Facebook members may click here to join the ECW Book Study group.
